All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Paint is a highly customised and sensitive product that can be affected by storage, temperature, and handling. To ensure the highest quality and integrity of our materials, all sales are considered final once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We understand that errors or damage can sometimes occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paint@rachelchudleypaint.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Our team will review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Colour Variations

Please note that colours may appear differently on various screens and under different lighting conditions. We recommend ordering a colour card or 1L pot for a "corner test" before purchasing larger quantities. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to colour discrepancies.
